I recently got a 1987 Corvette convertible. I’m pretty excited about it. Ever since I was a kid I wanted a ‘Vette! Picture below. I’m wondering if anyone has an opinion on the best manual for this car. In the past with other cars I have been used the Haynes manual. I found what looks to be a reproduction General Motors shop/service manual for sale on Davies corvette website. Does anybody have any experience with this? Recommendations?

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your C4!
When I had C4s I had the factory service manuals, but also had a copy of Haynes and Chilton manuals - sometime they would have a picture that helped me understand the fix a little easier.
I've seen prices from not too bad to "you're kidding" on the internet. Best to look around some and also check with the vendors on the forum. You may want to consider the CD-ROM versions. Usually a lot cheaper, but that requires you have your laptop nearby and some of us older folks still like to have the book right there.
Best wishes with you search and enjoy your car!
