Good Morning everyone.

Bough my first Corvette last June. It's a 2003, 50th Anniversary Edition, convertible. It had less than 16k miles on it when we picked it up and looks like it just rolled out of the showroom.

The one thing it does need once the weather warms up a bit, is new tires. I'm considering Michelin Pilot Sport A/3 3+ zero pressure, or Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3 Plus or the original Good Year Eagle F1. Any suggestions, based on your experience for this C5?

Thanks for the addition to the CF.

Welcome to the forum, Bill, and congratulations on your sharp C5!
You'll find lots of great info for C5 enthusiasts in https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...s-1997-2004-2/.
As for me, I prefer (and use) the Michelin Pilot Sport ZP (zero pressure). We are older, do a lot of longer distance trips and just don't want to mess with a road side tire fix. Many of our members though believe the added performance of a non run flat tire is worthwhile. Guess it depends, in great part, on how you'll drive yours. Lot of good info, on both sides of the fence, in the C5 section linked above.
Enjoy your ride!!

Thanks very much for your suggestions on both tires and section of the forum to reference. I just retired and my wife will be doing so soon too. We're looking forward to doing a lot of driving in our C5 too. One of our trips is to the NCM, down in your direction. I'll check out the PS ZPs.

Welcome and great looking AE you bought. As for tires for the car, there are many threads on that topic in the C5 General section. I personally run the Hankook Ventus V12 EVOs on my car and love the way they perform.

Welcome to the forum. I bought my 2003 last September with 25k miles. The previous owner had just put Michelin Pilot Sport Zero Pressure tires on it in May. They seem very good so far.

Welcome Bill and congrats on your C5 and your retirement!

fwiw. I chose the Michelin Pilot Sport All Seasons Run Flats when my factory GYs wore out.
I will be replacing them again soon with Michelin tires once again
