My suggestion if it helps:
Imgur.com - Create account. Click your username once signed in and drop down to "images". Click "Add Image". Upload photo (Browse or has drag and drop option). Click on photo in browser once uploaded. Copy "BBCode" on the right and paste in the message.
Has usually been the easiest for me anyway... Looking forward to seeing it either way.
