Back into a Vette in TN
Hello to all forum members,
My name is Brian Roy, my wife and I live in Tennessee just south of Nashville. We have a 2014 Base Coupe in Night Race Blue. We owned a 1997 Torch Red Coupe almost 20 years ago and liked it a lot. We just didn't have time to enjoy it with 3 small children at home. The kids are all raised now so I picked up a used C7 a few months ago and have been touring the country in it. My wife and I have been to Myrtle Beach, Orlando, and we went on a 16 day, 5800 mile road trip to California and back in May of 2018! We averaged right at 35 mpg on the trip. I take pictures of the dash to prove it to non-corvette owners! I was looking at posts on the forum for months to find info I needed on an overheating condition and looking at wheels and other accessories. I was completely enjoying myself and it dawned on me I should just join! We are also members of the Middle Tennessee Corvette Club which meets in Tullahoma, TN. I look forward to making new friends here on the forum. Thanks to all who post about the good and the bad of Corvette ownership on this forum. The info I have already received has been very valuable. Thanks Again, Brian
