Hello from Louisville, Ky!
I'll be a Corvette owner for a month this Tuesday the 19th of June. Been wanting and looking for a few years. Have a house with a garage and a double carport now so no more excuses. Picked up a 1985 base automatic, very clean with 44k miles, picture in avatar. Everything has been maintained and in working order, except as noted. Has some nice options, 6 way power driver seat, rear window/side mirror defogger, Delco/Bose cassette stereo, though the cassette is not working properly, power mirrors, power locks and cruise control. Has, I believe, 1989 wheels that have everything but the edge painted black and new BFGoodrich g-Force Comp-2 A/S, 275/40ZR17's all around. I've already put nearly 1k miles on it and drove it to Lexington and back yesterday, 200 miles round trip. Right now I'm enjoying just driving and shining it. If it ain't broke don't fix it!. May take it out to the local 1/8 mile for test and tune night sometime in the near future. Looking to meet up some time if anyone is interested. Thanks for reading.
