newbie from Colorado!
Hey everyone!
Recently purchased my first Corvette, a 2006 Z06 with only 11k miles on her.. Long time enthusiast and loving my new car. Spent the first weekend doing open laps at Colorado State Patrols track, and took a nice cruise up to Estes Park, CO with my wife.
Look forward to being a part of the family and growing my knowledge of these beautiful cars!
Cheers!

Thanks everyone! Glad to have this forum for insight as I get to know my new car!
First mod will be exhaust and an intake, already starting to research.

Congrats, Brandon!
I bought my 2007 Base 3LT A6 just two weeks ago today. A simply flawless, beautiful example of an amazing design. I'm up in Boulder, finding every excuse to drive my "new" Corvette that I can think of. So you live relatively close to the State Patrol track? A Corvette Club in Longmont indicated that they flock down there once or twice a year.
Drive Safe!
edit: I was seriously thinking about a Cold-Air Intake ... like the Vararam SC1 "Snake Charmer." Unfortunately, no intake can provide "cold air" --ambient, outside air-- without cutting a big hole in the radiator shroud. Any "Cold-Air" intake that does not require cutting the hole, cannot be a cold air intake. Dano has indicated that a Tune to increase Torque, change Auto Trans Shift points, and tighten up the shift, etc. can increase Torque so much you will be convinced that you have significantly Bumped the horsepower. For a Manual, I would imagine there are Tune changes to Spark Advance Profile, Fuel Control, stuff like that. More effective than an intake, no need to cut a big hole, and a lot less expensive. Just FYI.
