New guy here soon to be a C6 owner
Hi guys,
My name is Jim from Minnesota. I'm 56 and I'm a Carpenter /Project Manager building new homes.
I am soon going to be looking for a C6. My first Vette. I've always wanted a Vette since I was a kid and in the next few months I will have the cash on hand to pull the trigger.
I was hoping to find a 2010-2012 in the $28,000-$32,000 range with around 40,000 miles or less. Must be a LS3 and,Automatic.
First off I bleed Chevy. I've never owned anything but Chevys. Right now I'm driving a 2018 Silverado , my 12th new Silverado. I have never owned a car either ,I'm a truck guy really but have always been a fan of Vettes and Camaros.
My dilemma is not knowing a lot about the C6 and what to look for when I start looking for my C6.
I'm fairly knowledgeable and know how spin wrenches but I just don't know a lot about Corvettes. That is why I came here.
I'm going to start a thread in the C6 section asking about the C6 what to look for when buying.
