I would suggest you get pictures of the car inside & out, under the hood, stamp pad, vin tag, trim tag, pull into a shop & get it up on a lift and take lots of underbody pics as well, then write a nice detailed description of everything you know. Otherwise, any potential buyer will see how little effort you have put into your ad, and they may think you take care of your vehicle with the same lackadaisical approach, and quickly move on to another C2 that seems as though the owner has a real passion for their Corvette and knows all about it, and has the pictures to back up everything they say. That's the sort of senario i need, the car, and seller need to fit my idea of being right for me, that's what I would look for when buying a collector car. If I am looking to be the next caretaker of this vehicle, I need to know the previous caretaker took care of the vehicle properly.

All of the above is very true, but you can give volumes of description, and albums full of photos, and still the ad will get no action IF the car is priced 20-25% above the market.
It's just a fact of life.

Excellent condition. Needs NO repairs. Has up-grades.

At a asking price of $60.000,
Why have I got so few offers ???????
Thx

Sport cars sell better in the Early Spring just after the snow melts the dealer told me when I bought my C2. Late summer people are getting their kids ready to go back to school.

I thought that was all of the money for this car. Seller wanted $67,500. Convertible would have been $5K less, it I had been in the market for a convertible.

I think your car is appropriately priced in the low $50s. Maybe start at $55K and negotiate from there.
Don't suppose that 64 is still out there is it?
