Default Help Ken, with GMID Program

Ken can your post the latest info on the GMID program with the current dates, i am having a problem with my dealer. They say its not availible. They need proof that they will get reimbursed on a 2006 Corvette Convertible. I need a memo number or cantact or something.

THIS IS AN EXTENSION TO AND REPLACEMENT OF PROGRAM NUMBER 05-13
(ADMIN MESSAGE NUMBER BAI20040631). CHANGES ARE INDICATED WITH A
POUND SIGN (#). ALL OTHER GUIDELINES REMAIN UNCHANGED.

THIS IS THE GENERAL MOTORS REFERRAL PROGRAM WHERE SELECT
EMPLOYEES AND RETIREES CAN PASS ALONG TO FRIENDS, NEIGHBORS AND
SELECT FAMILY MEMBERS AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WHICH ALLOWS THEM
TO PURCHASE OR LEASE AN ELIGIBLE NEW AND UNUSED GM MODEL DETAILED
IN GUIDELINE NUMBER 4 BELOW AT A FORMULA PRICE.

IF THE GM DEALER ELECTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM, THE
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL ALLOW THE CUSTOMER TO PURCHASE THE ELIGIBLE
VEHICLE AT THE SUPPLIER DISCOUNT PROGRAM PRICE (I.E., 4% OR 4.5%
ABOVE THE "GMS PRICE" DEPENDING ON WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS INVOICED).
THE SUPPLIER PRICE IS STATED ON THE INVOICE AND SHOULD BE SHARED WITH
THE CUSTOMER. ANY DEALER INSTALLED OPTIONS, CONVERSION/UPFIT PACKAGE,
GENERAL MOTORS PROTECTION PLAN OR OTHER EXTRA CHARGE ITEMS WILL BE
DELIVERED AT A PRICE AGREED UPON BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND THE DEALER.

DEMO AND DRIVER EDUCATION UNITS WITH A MINIMUM OF 2,500 MILES AND A
MAXIMUM OF 7,500 MILES:

- VEHICLES ARE DELIVERED AT THE SUPPLIER PRICE ON THE VEHICLE
INVOICE LESS A DISCOUNT NEGOTIATED BY THE DEALER AND THE PURCHASER.

FOLLOWING RETAIL DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE, GENERAL MOTORS WILL CREDIT
THE PARTICIPATING DEALER 2% OF MODEL AND OPTION NET COST LESS $25 FOR
VEHICLES INVOICED PRIOR TO NOVEMBER 3, 2003 OR $75 FOR UNITS INVOICED
ON OR AFTER NOVEMBER 3, 2003 FOR ASSISTING IN THE VEHICLE SALE
PROVIDED THE VEHICLE WAS DELIVERED TO THE CUSTOMER AT THE ESTABLISHED
PRICES REFERENCED ABOVE.

ALLOWANCES:
2% OF MODEL AND OPTION NET COST (I.E. TOTAL OF MODEL AND OPTION
RETAIL DEALER INVOICE LESS WHOLESALE FLOORPLAN, HOLDBACK AND
ANY GM CO-OP ADVERTISING) LESS $25 FOR UNITS INVOICED PRIOR TO
NOVEMBER 3, 2003 OR $75 FOR UNITS INVOICED ON OR AFTER
NOVEMBER 3, 2003.

THE DEALERWORLD APPLICATION* BEFORE ASSIGNING THE AUTHORIZATION

CUSTOMERS DRIVER'S LICENSE SHOULD BE RETAINED IN THE DEALERSHIP
FILE FOR POSSIBLE AUDIT VERIFICATION.
F. DEALERS WILL BE PERMITTED TO ASSESS UP TO $75.00 IN DOCUMENTARY FEES
ON EACH DELIVERY TO AN ELIGIBLE PURCHASER UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS
PROGRAM, UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY STATE OR LOCAL LAWS OR
REGULATIONS. EACH DEALER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLYING WITH
APPLICABLE LAWS OR REGULATIONS.
G. THIS PROGRAM IS SUBJECT TO AUDIT AND VERIFICATION. MISUSE OF THIS
PROGRAM WILL RESULT IN SANCTIONS AGAINST THE GM EMPLOYEE AND DEALER.
H. UPFITTED VEHICLES ARE ELIGIBLE PROVIDED THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED
DIRECTLY FROM A GM DIVISION OR FROM ANOTHER SAME LINE GM DEALER
IN THE UNITED STATES, AND PROVIDED TITLE TO THE VEHICLE WAS
RETAINED BY A GM FRANCHISED DEALER THROUGH THE POINT OF SALE AND
DELIVERY TO THE ULTIMATE CUSTOMER (EXCLUDING CADILLAC COACH
BUILDERS).
I. ELIGIBLE DELIVERIES MUST BE MADE TO THE ULTIMATE CUSTOMER THROUGH
A GM FRANCHISED DEALERSHIP. DELIVERIES MADE THROUGH ANY ENTITY OR
INDIVIDUAL OTHER THAN A GM FRANCHISED DEALERSHIP ARE INELIGIBLE.
10. General Policy Guidelines :
A. ALL GENERAL MOTORS GENERAL GUIDELINES AND DEFINITIONS OF TERMS
RELATIVE TO INCENTIVE PROGRAMS THAT WERE SUPPLIED TO YOUR DEALERSHIP
APPLY TO THIS PROGRAM. REFER TO THE GM DEALER SALES ALLOWANCE AND
INCENTIVE MANUAL.
B. GM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL, AMEND, REVISE OR REVOKE ANY
PROGRAM AT ANY TIME BASED ON ITS SOLE BUSINESS JUDGMENT. FINAL
DECISIONS IN ALL MATTERS RELATIVE TO THE INTERPRETATION OF ANY RULE
OR PHASE OF THIS ACTIVITY REST SOLELY WITH GM.
C. GM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AUDIT DEALER RECORDS AND DISQUALIFY ANY
SALES ALLOWANCE IN THE EVENT SUCH SALES DO NOT MEET THE PROGRAM
GUIDELINES. ALL MONEYS IMPROPERLY PAID WILL BE CHARGED BACK TO
THE DEALER.
D. DEALER MUST RETAIN RECORDS TO SUBSTANTIATE THEIR CLAIM TO AN
INCENTIVE OR ALLOWANCE. ALL APPLICATIONS WHICH INDICATE ASSIGNMENT
BY THE CUSTOMER TO THE DEALER OF A CUSTOMER INCENTIVE MUST BE
SUPPORTED BY APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTATION RETAINED IN THE DEALER FILE.
IF DEALER RECORDS DO NOT SUPPORT DEALER CLAIM, DEALER WILL BE
CHARGED THE AMOUNT OF ALLOWANCE OR INCENTIVE PAID.
E. ANY DISPUTES BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND THE DEALER ARISING FROM
MISUNDERSTANDING OR AMBIGUITIES REGARDING DISPOSITION OF THE CUSTOMER
INCENTIVE PAYMENT, WHICH CANNOT BE RESOLVED BY REFERRING TO THE
BUYER'S ORDER AND APPROPRIATE CUSTOMER INCENTIVE ACKNOWLEDGMENT
AND/OR ASSIGNMENT FORM (SAMPLE COPY IS DISPLAYED IN GM DEALER SALES
ALLOWANCE AND INCENTIVE MANUAL), WILL BE SETTLED IN FAVOR OF THE
CUSTOMER. IN SUCH INSTANCES, THE DEALER WILL INCUR A DEBIT IF THE
PAYMENT HAS ALREADY BEEN CREDITED.
