The service bulletin you need is 99-06-04-029a
It refers to the rumble esp. at idle or garage shift, and is caused by the decoupler pulley on the alternator. The bulletin is to replace the generator and drive tensioner. If you need any further info call me at 1-406-628-4618 or email me at corvetteparts@hotmail.com.
