Ken,

Do you know if there will be any incentives applicable to 2003 model Corvettes? I didn't see anything in your listing. Is there any hope of that?

Thanks,
Jeff

In my opinion: Based upon; the history of incentives offered on Corvettes and; the minimal price increase, I would not expect to see any special incentives on 2003 Corvettes.

Time will tell.....

Ken: Great info. but I still can't figure out if the 0% financing applies to 2003 Vettes. Does it, or is the incentive just for clearing out the 2002s? Thanks

carpe dm,

As illustrated above, the only 2003 models with incentives are:

CADILLAC: CTS
CHEVROLET: MALIBU
OLDSMOBILE: ALERO
PONTIAC-GMC: GRAND AM & VIBE

The 0.0% on Corvettes only applies to 2002 models.

Remember, incentives are designed to move grounded stock to move the market thus encouraging dealers to order replacements to keep the plants running! Corvettes haven't had this problem and probably won't for 2003. Quite frankly I am surprised to see the incentives on the 2002 Corvettes because here in the West we haven't any left!!

Does any body know when the current incentives expire? And are they going to increase it to 0% for 60 months, like last year? :flag  :chevy

Per the administrative bulletin and my posts here, the expiration date of the present incentives for 2002 is 9/3/02.

In my opinion, GM will not be offering 0% for 48 or 60 months on Corvettes. Incentives are based upon days supply in an attempt to "move" the market.

Less than one month ago we had an available stock of 2002 Chevrolet cars and trucks in excess of 100 vehicles. Today, 7/27/02, we 13 left!!!

I hope this helps.
