Default leaking differential

I know this has been discussed, but seem to be coming up empty...My (cars) rear end differential appears to be leaking, a 2000 convertible. I'm ready to take her in for the column lock fix and would like this fixed at the same time. I'm pretty sure Rydell will know all the info, but want to be sure.
Is this the TSB number (Bulletin 03042006) to get the latest seal for the differential, or can somebody show me the correct TSB number or seal P/N I want.
Thanks,
Bruce
