    Sorry to get back to you so late ,but I have been traveling out of the country.My offer price is the highest I can pay,with my down payment the Credit Union will allow for the 2012 GS 48000 in NY the sales tax is 9.75% With a offer of 44000and ny state tax it puts me at my loan limit.Thanks, I hope you enoy keeping that wonderful car ..
