Hi Wayne, I believe I caught a very good day for an outdoor photograph. Yes, I did the paint correction myself and I always find the process very therapeutic and relaxing.

I got to say, your car looks flawless and looks fantastic in photographs !.

Hey Curtis, It doesn't look like quick silver at all, seems to have some blue in it. Did you do the paint correction yourself? I'm going to get mine wet sanded after I do the fenders. The doors really need it the most.

Hi Wayne, it's bone stock GM "Quick Silver" with a paint correction detail. As for dyno, it did an honest 390 to the wheels on a SuperFlow dyno. ( with a badly slipping clutch). Can't wait to get the new clutch in and re dyno. With fingers crossed, I'm hoping to find at least another 10 more bald eagles.

Thanks for the info! I certainly understand about time constraints and I appreciate your taking time to respond. Pics! Pics! Pics! What HP are you putting down? I'm betting you have the most under rated car on the forum! I'm thinking about doing the front and rear flairs too. Will probably just do spacers for now, as like you, I don't have an unlimited budget. I'm still messing with the headlights too, I originally had Radio Flyer Stealth Cannons, then I switched to Breathless Performance, then I upgraded those to HID and added LED DRLs. I've come across an interesting low rise kit that I want to integrate into my fixed lights. Other than that, I'm pretty happy with how the car is now. One last question, what color is your car?

Hi Wayne, really appreciate the kind words. I run a small business which often severely limits time with my joys in life like family and Corvettes & Corvette Forum.
Here's a summary of work done so far :
Exterior : F & R CorvetteCreationz flares, Z06 rear brake scoops and ducts, Tigershark front w/ PIAA HID driving lamps, 4eyec5 headlamps
Engine : ported 243 heads, stage 2 blower cam,Harlan Sharp Rockers, LS7 lifters, custom tune
Interior : MGW Shifter, Double Din conversion, 5 ch amp,Custom seat covers w/ matching bulkhead cover (behind seats)
    Wheels : This is a temporary setup - C6 Z06 Deep Dish 18 x 10.5 (stock Z06 offset) all around w/ 275/40/18 fronts & 295/40/18 rears
(eventually will be going BC Forged 2 piece)

Although I am happy and thankful that this old guy can still rock & roll with the wrench, my C5 project is a humble home build.
I'm proud to be among enthusiasts like you. Your build is a prime example of "Done Right".

    Kind regards,
    Curtis

Hey, this is Wayne (workmanw), I really like your car and was trying to find info on it and noticed that you have only posted snippets in other peoples threads. Your car is worthy of a thread of it's own, exterior, interior, engine... What all have you done to it? What are the wheels? Sizes? Come on, quit holding back! ;-)
