Hi 7T1 vette, just a quick message from bvette1000. I love the paint job on your vette. It is very similar to what I want to put on my 69 vette. Mine is red at this time, and red is not my favorite color. Would you mind telling me what that color is called? Also, is there any way I can get a bigger color picture of your car? I would like to look it over and see if I can get a few more ideas for mine. But mostly so I can drool over your beautiful car. Thank you for responding to my thread about half shafts. Any help I can get is greatly appreciated, I see your date of birth is April 10. Not that it matters, but mine is April 9. Thanks again,bvette1000.

Hey! Crossville, huh? Not that far away... I worked there back in 1992... Cumberland County Playhouse!

Disconnect the low pressure return line from the spout on the pump reservoir. Place a rubber stopper or some sort of plug in the spout. Direct the disconnected hose into a bucket. Start the engine and add genuine power steering fluid into the reservoir until the fluid coming out of the return hose is amber (PS fluid) rather than red (ATF). I wouldn't worry if you still have some ATF left. There will still be ATF fluid inside the power steering gear. I would just leave that fluid alone. It will soon get mixed with your PS fluid when you begin driving again.

    Good Morning,

I saw your recent post about not having the correct color for your carpet. We actually do have the medium blue carpet available. If you could please send me your contact information or customer number, we would like to get in touch with you and get this taken care of!

It would be sku 666504375 for the complete coupe carpet set and sku 666503375 for the complete convertible carpet set. We are always happy to send carpet samples at no charge to make sure you get the exact carpet you need!

Hope to hear back from you soon!
