Yeh, I did! The wife has a BMW 530i and as much as I loved the vette, GM just pissed me off once to many times! The BMW is just so much more refined and I was ready for a change. Still love vettes and always will, but hopefully GM will wake up one day and provide decent service to their customers. As you see, I did not get into my reasons on the open forum, but I had a pretty good one. Thanks for the good times, I'm sure I will be back one day. Enjoy your vette, you have a good one!

They are a breeze! Yes, just remove the wheel, they bolt on in about 5 minutes a wheel. The hardest part is removing the wheel. They stay clean, and help keep you wheel clean as well. I have the Z51, so they are a little tighter and did rub, just a little at first. but now they are perfect, I have 0 problems with them! very clean looking mod, I think!

Kevin, I need to ask you about your caliper covers. I am thinking of ordering some from MGP. They have a custom set that you can choose the color and customized engraving. They are a little expensive but I think they look good.

Were they simple to install (the easier the better for me)?

I am thinking of getting them in black with silver engraving of "MONGOOSE" on the sides.

Howz it been going ? Just wanted to check in with you.So you have been doing Bling under the hood, what have you done so far ? I know the wallets been a little lite for me too.I put on the chrome pleniumn and alternator covers and had a friend (mac6 )shoot some new photo's and make me a car show poster ( see my album in my profile).
Well last Saturday was my first car show of the year and Tim (TEC6 ,with the DSOM ) ,myself and another friend all took 1st place .Another friend (4U2ENVY) took 1st place in the C5 Class.I'll be heading to another show this weekend but Tim won't be able to make it unless he can pull off a MIRACLE !!! After the show last week ,on the way home he couldn't avoid running into 5 gallons of White Paint in the road !!!!! It went down the passenger side rockers into both wheel wells and into the tire treads and chrome rims !!!! If that wasn't enought yesterday he got the dreaded column lock and the clutch pedal is stuck and the master cylinder will need to be replaced and the battery was drained !!! His Vette only has 11,000 miles on it !!! When it RAINS it POURS !!!!!
I have been busy the last week restoring Electricity after a bad storm with 80 MPH winds, we had 131,000 customers without power last friday and have everyone back on except around 6,500 .Trees took out most of 76 circuts out we had off and the clean up is still going on. Well I guess I've bored you enought for now so I'll get back to work.
