Hello Lars, I have a 72 LS5 carb to be rebuilt for my corvette. Do you still rebuild these? Dave R.

I started a thread earlier Today and a few members suggested I contace you. I'm looking for a Person that can give the appraisal value on a few Old Holley Carburetors? I have three that I want to sell but don't know where to start. Sorry, they are not for a Corvette. All three carbs will need a restoring rebuild. If the carbs could bring more Dollars, would it be worth sending them out to be replated, rebuilt? Who would you send them too? I do have current pictures of all three carbs. I can not attach them here.

    Hi Lars,

Leo Olds here from Cambridge, Ontario. I have (I think) an original tach drive distributor and I was wondering if you could do your magic to it. I have read numerous articles and forum threads about your impressive work. I have had the distributor out of the car a few time to rebuild it and replace the points and it does seem to run fine until I really hammer on it and it kind of misses or stumbles just a little when it reaches the higher rpm's. I am spending the winter in Clearwater, Fl. (Jan12- April12 /17) and I will bring it to Florida. I can ship from there. I will also be attending the NCRS in Lakeland. Can you enlighten me on the procedure to get the dist. to you and can you do this before April 15. Thanks Lars, I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Lars, I read a post you made regarding clutch disengagement and that fact that many pressure plates sold do work well in C3s. I have a 1970 and replaced the clutch and pressure plate with a stock replacement from Corvette Central and I think I am having the problem you described. Question is the only fix to just replace the pressure plate with a new one or put my original back in?

    Hi Lars,

My name is Holly. I believe you used to know my Dad a few years back (donn66). I wanted to let you know he passed away in April. Just thought you might like to know. I know he came out to your house years ago on a hunting trip to pick up a carburetor for his vette.
