Wow, thanks for the info. My wife is 35 weeks right now, and was experiencing some braxton hicks contractions over the weekend. I think I may start takin the vette to work in order for me to get home from work quicker

I think full term is 36 weeks?? Kimm went 35. Haleigh was due Feb. 7th, and she came on Jan. 30th. It can happen anytime. If this is her first baby, it will be hard for her to tell when it really is time. Unless her water breaks, she will most likely go into contractions like usual. Kimm was induced, and the doc had to break her water manually (not uncommon). After this, she really started to hurt and feel the contractions. If there is one piece of advice Kimm can give, she said the contractions are uncomfortable until the water breaks. Then it hurts like HE-Double Hockey Sticks Don't be embarrased if you think it is time, got to the hospital, and get sent home. I can't imagine how many people do that. We did it once.

I have a question for ya. Did your wife go full term when she had the baby, or did she arrive early? We are kind of on alert now since she has about 5 weeks until full term, but we read it can happen anytime now.

It will take what seems like a year for the last couple of months to pass. Seemed like Haleigh would never get here...The anticipation will drive you up the wall

It isn't too bad. She has her days and nights mixed up right now though. Really hard to keep her awake during the day so she will sleep at night. All that grudge you think you will have towards them just disapears though every time you look at 'em. Crying or not, she's the best thing that ever happened to me
