    Subject: Recipe's


    Oreo types

    1 pkg Oreo
    1 8oz Cream Cheese (variety of flavor's)
    1 bar Almond Bark Choc. (sold at Wal-Mart)

    use blender to crush cookies than mix with Cream Cheese. Roll into small balls & put into freezer for approx. 1hr.
    Use dbl boiler to melt choc. dip balls into choc & let harden.



    Blackberry Wine Cake

    1 box white cake mix (moist)
    1 sm box blackberry gelatin
    4 eggs
    1/2 cup veg.oil
    1 cup blackberry wine
    1/2 cup chopped nuts

    glaze

    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1/2 cup blackberry wine

    combine cake with gelatin, add eggs, oil, & wine mix on low till mixed than mix on med 2min. grease & flower
    Bundt pan, sprinkle nuts in bottom of pan & pour mix over Bake @ 325 - 350 approx 40 - 45 min.

    melt butter in sauce pan stir in sugar and wine (approx 5 min) pour over cake.



    CPR Cake (Christmas Pecan Rum Cake)

    1 cup chopped nuts
    1 box cake mix
    1 sm pkg vanilla pudding
    4 eggs
    1/2 cup cold milk
    1/2 cup veg. oil
    1/2 cup Rum

    glaze

    1/2 cup butter
    1/4 cup milk
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup rum

    combine ingreadeance
    preheat 325* grease & flour bunt pan sprinkle nuts on bottom & pour mix over. invert on plate poke small holes in top
    & pour glaze over.

    Bill it's been so long since we talked I have another bottle for you & Vonda.
    I will wait a few weeks and try and make another Rum Cake ( CPR Cake ) to bring along.
    How's the Grand Baby ? Were you still moving closer to OKC / Moore area?
