    lean spike

I dont know if this will fix your issue but you could give it a try. I was told to flip my throttle body upside down and the lean spike will go away. It has something to do with how the air flows into the intake when the throttle blades are barley open. When you flip the throttle body you get a better transition os air flow and it is suppose to give you some power. This is strait from a very knowledgable tech. I have not done it to my car yet but as soon as I get it back I will try it out. It required removing the four 14mm bolts and flipping it.
