    Hi Jerry. The concept of "returning to zero" is probably more related to when a member gets an Infraction, rather than a Warning. A Warning simply informs a member about breaking a rule, but other than leaving a record of the warning, does not affect anything else. As in your case where there are 2 warnings for the same offense (interference) a moderator considering yet another warning would look at that history would probably give an Infraction instead.

    Infractions come with "points" which last for different periods of time in different amounts. Someone with points that are active who gets another infraction with points, could accrue enough points for an automatic suspension of various lengths.
