Hey Richard.....I used a KB125-30 with a 4.200 Fel Pro gasket, zero deck and the Dart heads are 72cc......this works out to 10.48 to 1..........the Dart has the newer fast burn chambers with the relocated spark plug. It is perfect on 93 octane at 34 degrees total timing......the cam loves the compression and overall it is a "happy" setup.......nothing exotic but sound parts usage. It has a nice note for sure...and I do not even have my X-pipe and chambers on yet.
Thank you for looking and Vette on my friend.......

I know the '68s are different in many parts, but that is what I really want someday. I was born in '68 myself, got a birthday next week.

Yes I prefer the '68-'72 but I got my '74 in a trade, so I got what I got. The flat rear window was a must, didn't want a '78-'82. I have since got a removable rear window complete with the storage tray from an early car. I actually like the '74 the most of all the rubber bumper cars, the front and rear are cleaner looking without the bumperettes, the little black things that stick out. I also have fiberglass replacement bumpers with no split on the rear. It is being painted now, I shaved all the emblems, "CORVETTE" letters on the back, antenna, alarm keyhole, side marker lights, etc., everything except the door handles, I guess its a "mild" custom...

68 through 72 were the best looking C3 68 has a lot of one off parts hard to find if your going all stock.

Hi Richard hope all is well. There is no real posts about my car just some here and there. It is a C2 65 with a 72 nose 72 back window and back deck the tail is all hand made. the nose is shaved clean no bumper front or back. The interior is all most all stock 65. hood is modified to fit to the c2 firewall and c3 nose. it has a worked 350 from a 70 chevelle 411 rear and a Muncie 4 speed. I posted a video of it a walk around.
Thanks for sending me a message. My car is a like it or hate it thing LOL but it is a fun car.

Hi Richard, nice to hear that you have some Lithuanian roots! I would say, there is some interest in classic American cars over there. We have some regular car shows and cruise-ins. Well, if you look into my garage, they are very popular indeed I have 4.5 now (0.5 stands for the donor!)
