17 Vettes tooling along is quite the spectacle. I saw lots of ogling and smiles over in the oncoming lanes.

I have some pics as well and will get them loaded later on. Feeling lazy at the moment.

Had a great time. Suxs that we lost you guys, but it happens. Had a blast, and it was a beautiful drive.

It was nice to meet some new people, and thanks to TJ for organizing this one. Great job!!!

Here's most of my pictures, not as clear as everyone else, but it's a camcorder what can you expect.

Are the nuts on the lowering bolts all the way at the bottom?

Dave- I don't know what you've exactly done to your car, but I can tell you from 1st hand experience that when I re-did the suspension on my 69, I bought a TRW fiberglass spring with either 8 or 10inch bolts (think they were 10) and I never could the the freakin thing to sit right...... I got so frustrated that I bought a Vette Brake fiberglass spring and the car sat perfectly the install.

Anyhow.... if you bought new springs, that could be it.

No because I want to keep the frame somewhat level.

If I lowered them all the way to the bottom, the rear would ride about .5-.75 inches lower than the front, as far as the frame is concerned.

It's gotta be that damn suspension.
