Well, I'm moving this Friday and heading to Peterson AFB in Colorado Springs. Trying to see if anybody could give any information and thosights regarding the area, the weather, what's there to do, how's the car scene and clubs around, anything in general. Looking forward to moving there, one of the few places I haven't been to in the United States yet. Hope to meet new people on here!

It's great. Mild winters, and easy summers. Lots of things to see and do within the state. No need to go anywhere else. We have autocross racing, car shows, and lots of other car stuff to do. I've been all over the world and retired here from the Army in 1999. Join the Corvette Club and enjoy it even more. Here's the website link:

Awesome, thanks so much. I'll for sure check it out once I get settled there. Already made the way from Virginia to Texas couple then to California couple weeks ago, now onto Colorado. Going to head down south and back up to avoid most of the mountain's up north, don't want to risk running into snow. That would be certainly interesting.

Beautiful Grand Sport! I was contemplating looking at one before, but decided to just stick with my current c6 and build it more unless a ZR1 happens to fall into the budget, which I don't foresee that anytime soon.

Yeah I may be older than you, but my car is faster and smells better than yours.
