Default Tire shop in denver

Looking for a tire shop in the SW Denver area to mount sensors. Several shops I've checked with won't touch Vette wheels. Any recommendations? Thanks

Usually Discount Tire will do that with no problems. Did the one near you not want to do it?

Cheetah66- My next door neighbor runs the Discount on 96th and Wads. Ask for Ethan. Tell him Eric sent ya. He'll hook ya up.

Took mine to a Discount as well. Just make sure they use jacking pads or pucks and watch them do the work. I gave the shop manager a $20 tip and watched the entire time. Normally I would not be that **** about something like that, but none of the tire shops I called had ever heard of jacking pucks for the C5.

Where did you buy your replacement sensor? I need one for my 99.

Good luck

Thanks for the heads-up, I'll be sure to ask about the jacking pucks up front. Based on past experience it pays to keep an eye on the people working on your Vette even if it is a bit ****. If something happens its my headache in the end. :banghead:

I got my sensors from Rob at Fichtner, about $60ea.

I did get the sensors installed at the Discount shop on 92nd and Wads. Eric's neighbor Ethan did the job and took great care of my Vette. An excellent tire shop if anyone needs one.
