Question about cruise-in 3
My wife and I are driving down from Alberta, Canada for the big event. One of the big things we are looking forward to is the tour of the Corvette Plant! With the recent security issues, are we not going to get to see the plant in action? :mad :confused: :nonod: :sad:

Hopefully it will be back up. Lats I heard the first of the year the plant was going to reevaluate the public plant tours...

It would be very disappointing to make the drive all the way to KY and not be able to tour the plant. This is our Mecca!

racer44 - I highly , truley and honestly do think you will see it.
However, you should meet with us, half way - down. Check the NE section for updates, come May 2002. We have 30+ vettes going.

BTW...if he is coming down from Alberta, he will NOT be coming in through the North East section...

We haven't planned our route yet, we might drop down into the States right below us (Montana), or we might drive east and stop in Manitoba to see friends and relitives, then continue on to Ontario and drop down through Sault Ste. Marie and then to Detroit. Is that anywhere near where you guys will be driving through, or maybe further down we can meet?

racer44 - depending on your schedule, you are more than welcome to hook up with the Michigan/Ontario gang that will be heading down from the Detroit area Wednesday.

Racer44, that would be extremely cool if you could meet up with us in Detroit and drive down to BG with us. There will be a couple fellow canuck cars in the Detroit caravan :)
