Vettes and Jets on the Lex INFO!!!
Just to let everyone know,
The Vettes and Jets on the Lex is going very well and we are getting some very generous sponsors to make things even more special this year for all to enjoy. The second days event this year will include a more formal show with trophies for each C class and 1 special class for unique Vettes (hot rod style, special editions, etc.) Even though registration has not opened yet (it is getting close
) the hotels are filling up. If you are confident about going to the event you might want to look into the hotels on our web site www.vettesandjetsonthelex.org Our local club just met and participated with the WWP bike ride and it was wonderful to see where the money donated goes and the spark of hope in these wounded veterans eyes. We were also told that they will be in full attendance at the Vettes and Jets event so this would be a great opportunity to say thanks!
New things for this year include: a raffle drawing, Vettes and Jets embroidered patches, stickers, more t-shirts available and WWP memorabilia too. We are hoping to make this event even greater then before and look forward to seeing you all in September. Remember 01 May 2009 at midnight is the magic time for the registration to be downloaded. Registration for the Vettes and Jets on the Lex '09 in Corpus Christi, Texas is still open but we are filling up fast!
We have 274 registered participants with only 51 Spaces Available.
