Etymology: Middle English vanite, from Anglo-French vanité, from Latin vanitat-, vanitas quality of being empty or vain, from vanus empty, vain — more at wane
Date: 13th century
1: something that is vain, empty, or valueless
2: the quality or fact of being vain
3: inflated pride in oneself or one's appearance : conceit
4: a fashionable trifle or knickknack
5 a: compact a b: a small case or handbag for toilet articles used by women
6 a: dressing table b: a bathroom cabinet containing a sink and usually having a countertop
I draw your attention to definition 4. Tell me you don't have a piece of clothing with an alligator or polo player on the breast or a label on the waist ie, Calvin Kein jeans, Polo shirt, etc. Same thing I would guess. Just becasue some choose to call those plates "vanity", more often than not they are referred to as "personalized".

Lastly, what in the world has vanity got to do with ghey? You have a great propensity to entangle yourself in your twisted and convoluted logic.

I wouldn't say it is all about someones ego...I might get one, but it's a nickname...Nothing like FastC6 or anything...If I got a plate like yours I would get a Law Enforcement one or maybe a PBA plate, but I don't think mine would fit cause of the logo on the plate.

Really? I never heard of them giving out coral at a car event.

Be sure that it is real coral, because a lot of times they give you fake coral, and tell you it's authentic.

According to the mods on the Z06 site, mods do not have the ability to read PM's. I take that with a grain of salt and again caution everyone to conduct any personal business, that's not related to the forum, via email.
