For those with some (a lot???) of grey in your hair, you may remember bumper stickers with this slogan popping up in the wake of the Watergate break-in and Nixon's subsequent resignation.

It was in response to the fact that Massachusetts was the only state in the nation that Nixon did not carry in the 1972 Presidential election.

I guess we've come full circle.
I remember, I'm from Mass, but McGovern was the POS liberal alternative to Nixon, thank god we didn't get him, I'd rather take the blame for Nixon. By comparison Nixon looks pretty F...ing good when held up to the current commie or the RINO alternatives.

Massachusetts isn't as full of socialist dip$hits as most people think. Its more that they have too many unions, academics and freeloaders that keep electing scum like the Kennedy's, Kerry's, Barney's and the current Obozo twin governor.

I was living in MA at that time and was actually a political reporter for the Brockton Enterprise. You're absolutely right that McGovern was a POS and, even with Watergate, I think we were way better off with Nixon that we would have been with McGovern.

Too bad you still need KY to live in this state.

I'm finally converting my license back to a MA license (via law enforcement) and I have to pay $100 to do it. $50 for the license transfer and $50 for the exam. I'm transferring my AZ license so I don't have to take the exam. This is verbatim from the RMV's website:
The exam may be waived.
The fee is never waived.

I've just about had it with getting bent over the hood in this state.
