I've never been in this area. Is this Lowes in a shopping center and are there places within a short walking distance to eat dinner?

It is in the Lowes lot along 611. There's a TGI Fridays in the lot and I believe one or two other places close by. Across Street Road (1/4 mile) there a ton of places like PF Changs, etc.
