JOIN US IN MEMPHIS*** 2010 St Jude Fundraiser Check Presentation Info***
The time has come to invite all our members and vendors to join in the formal presentation of this years donations to:
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
501 St. Jude Place
Memphis, TN. 38105
When: Monday, October 11th. (Columbus Day)
Here is the itinerary:
10:15-11:20 AM: Group assembles at the Hooters parking lot at Wolfchase Galleria. Hooters has agreed to serve limited food and drinks prior to our departure to St. Jude. They will have some of their servers there for photo's with your Corvette.
11:20-12:00 AM: Caravan departs to the "Pyramid," to join other corvettes already assembled. Members of Corvette Memphis will lead us there.
12:15-12:30 PM: Initial 5-6 Corvettes depart for St Jude to be placed behind and/or, in front of the pylons.
12:30-12:50 PM: Remaining Corvettes will depart for St Jude with a police escort provided by the Memphis Police Department, enter the gates, and be assigned parking.
1:00-2:00 PM: Children, visitors, and staff will view and enjoy the Corvettes.
2:00-2:30 PM: Dr. Brian Sorrentino will introduce me for the official check presentation, and other comments.
2:30 PM: Hospital tours, tour of the new Chili's addition, shopping in the gift store, etc.
After event get-together to those not in a hurry to get home. Location to be determined.

For hotel information, please do a Yahoo/Google search for hotels near Wolfchase Galleria. These hotels are approximately 20 minutes from St. Jude Hospital. If you want to be closer to Beale St. or other attractions, please PM members from the Memphis area.

You are not allowed to take photos of the kids but the following two pictures were taken by the parents of these 2 girls and given to me.

St. Jude Donor '08-'09-'10
Cruise-In IX Veteran
DucklingJan and I cant make it this year due to some loose ends we have to tie down up here but will be there in Spirit and will def be there to hang with everyone next year. Send me pics
