Well apparently I am not the only one sick in my house... ugh.. went down to check on the plastic kids this weekend and well, the small tolerable puddle that was always under the C4 is now not so small. I literally havent driven the car since maybe last Sept??? And last year I put on less then 1k miles on her, any ideas on why she is leaking? and leaking worse?

oh.....took me over 1000 miles of stupidity in the backwoods to do something stupid.....and ironically that was the day I was sober and going slow, just wasn't use to that quad even though I own it, I usually ride my other one, the one I wiped out has back brakes on the left lever, front on the right........the one I usually ride has everything on the left, so I kinda only locked up the rears on a downhill and it just went where it wanted to go without stopping...so I bailed and let it roll 100 ft down a cliff.

Hell I even UT'd a golfcart on vacation, blew the belt for the starter on it and was late to happy hour...

Being how the topic is "motorized things that can hurt you", I'd like to take the opportunity to show the toy that I'm currently offering for sale to the public. It's a high end, over powered (low hour Briggs hand built, factory World Formula racing engine that is used on Champ Karts @ 16+ horse power), with a custom wagon to tow behind it (think Carlisle...Hershey), all blinged up and ready for the next victim.

Thats the UT we know and love.

WW was lost in the woods after 30 minutes, searched for him for a couple of hours, spoke to the state police, and then the worste call.... to his wife when he eventually showed up. Our machinist Bob and I were just cruising too. oops

Is it oil? Tranny fluid? Both?
One of the drawbacks of not putting much mileage on cars is the inevitable leaks that happen when seals dry out.
I have that problem with my GTO. The rear main drips a little bit, and if I let it sit for a long time I also get transmission fluid. The Torque Convertor drains back in to the pan and the fluid leaks out near the shift linkage.
The only way to avoid these problems is to drive the car.
