Anyone live in Maine?
First off, I cross-posted this in other sections so I could find a larger pool of possible attendees and opinions.
In the past, has anyone done the "Vettes of Coastal Maine" Bar Harbor Tour? :-> http://vettesofcoastalmaine.org/
I live in New Jersey but my daughter lives in Bangor, Maine. For some, hopefully quality “father and daughter” time, I always visit during the last weekend in June. With this “tour” being the first weekend, I thought if I switch it up, it might be a nice weekend together so she could see just how crazy and pathetic her old man is.
All opinions will be gratefully accepted.
Thanks.

There still stoking the fire, they will be up soon.
Never did that tour but twice in the past we members of the C5 and then the C5/6 registry went to Maine to do some money raising for Cancer research. Both time we had over 30 late model Vettes and were very well treated by the people up there. The event was set up by a registry member who lived in Maine and worked at the Bath Ship Yards, (so he set things up well for the 3 day visit.) Set us up in a good motel and picked out the best restaurants.
Touring wit a big bunch of Vettes was fun and the cops tended to look the other way a couple times. (thank you officers)
Based on that try changing your visit times and see what happens.

They have moose there? I hear those can be pretty mean.

I live in New Hampshire. I haven't attended the event, but I've been in the New England Corvette Club circuit since the early 1990s and I've heard nothing but rave reviews about the Bar Harbor Tour put on my Vettes of Coastal Maine.

Thanks. I sent in my registration, so I guess it's all over for me deciding IF I want to attend. Now it's a matter if I get to attend. (late mailing of my registration).
I'm looking forward to the show. It will be my first "Corvette" event since 75 ... I think.

Back to the Beach weekend is a fantastic time with more than 200 people attending the weekend, and even more coming in on Saturday to participate in a Main Street display and parade through Old Orchard Beach. Check out the details on www.back2thebeach.net and put that event on your 2017 calendar!

That event sounds like a winner but I get one only weekend in Maine in June and another in September.
