Congrats on the new digs. I hope you are applying for NJ State energy efficiency incentives to offset some of the new build cost. Many forget to apply.

Feel free to PM me if you need any help (I manage most of these programs for the state).

I'm looking forward to the PM. The incentives apply to energy efficient lighting, hvac, water heating, air compressors with VFDs, etc. The lighting will need pre-approval before it goes in so hopefully we can get that going. The mechanical items can be applied for after the fact but best to get the approval piece of paper in your hand.

We are getting there George, thanks for asking! It has been going a little slow for the last month because we are doing radiant heat in the floor and a lot of the engineering time it takes for that is a slow process. Site work is getting done now, retention pond, sewers etc etc.

I'll post up pics when I get a minute to breath, I hope all is well with your family!
