Hi All,

Lately when I've gone to the local C&C events, I've noticed that most of the Corvette owners are "older". Are there any local guys under 50yrs old that come out? I enjoy hanging out with all car guys and gals but I'd like to meet some of the "younger" local corvette owners.

I hope no one takes offense to this because I don't mean to be disrespectful towards anyone.

My husband and I both have corvettes and are both under 50.

What events do you usually make?

Thats cool! On Saturday's Im at Huntvalley and sometimes Katies C&C. On Sundays, I usually go to the Burtonsville C&C.

What about you guys?

We haven't made a Hunt Valley Cars and coffee this year. Saturday I know I have to make a dump run but I'll see if the wife wants to go to Hunt Valley afterwards. We are also in Baltimore County Corvette Club so it also depends on what they have going on. Next Saturday we have a car show going on called Vettes in the vineyard that we will be attending. 2 Saturday's ago we had a cruise to Dover International Speedway and got to drive around the monster mile. While we didn't get to go fast it was still a cool experience.

Sounds like a good time! Maybe one day I can join you and your club for a cruise. Keep me posted if you guys make it out to Hunt Valley this Saturday.

It's going to be hard for us to make it to Hunt Valley this weekend since we have to make a dump run. Next week we'll be at a vettes in the vineyard I've attached the flyer in case you are interested in coming out.

If you think it is bad I have a 66, I have yet to meet someone my age (43) around here who drives a mid-year. My dad has a 67 and I tell him these C2's are old fart cars. He just laughs at me.

If you spot a C5/6Z with 15" drag radials there's a good chance they are sub 50.

I drive my C6 daily at 41, now that I am old I bought an 08 accord for winter duty.

The accord suffers from the horrid misfire piston ring oil burner issue.

Back on point, I have made one great friend here in CT over the past 14 years of C5/6 life.

Also had a great sales job at ARH from 13-16.

I typically hit those places as well. Unfortunately I'm headed to Tony's Corvettes on Saturday to have my 64 Coupe looked at.

I may make Burtonsville with my C5 on Sunday and if I can I will post up here.
