Default Criminals in a Honda Accord raining FIRE on my Z06 - Watch Video (no joke)

I hope somebody catches these low lives because I wasn't going to risk anyone's life on the highway.

I was out cruising last night with a family member just enjoying the beautiful day. Coming back on Route 80 East by Parsippany I come up to this Burgundy Honda Accord.

Let it be know that I was completely civil during the whole time, was not speeding or showing off or trying to race or instigating anything when I was behind them. Just trying to enjoy a peaceful cruise back home.

All of a sudden a BALL OF FIRE comes out of the passenger side window at me. These bastards timed it right so that I had zero evasive maneuvers; I was blocked on both my left and right sides so only thing I could do was nail the brakes. At first I had no idea what the hell was going on. I thought the POS Honda was really on fire or they accidentally started a fire inside trying to smoke or whatever. Until I realized what had happened it was too late. **This has never happened before in my life before, ever**

I hope someone can make out the license plate from the PDR. I didn't want to get any closer for fear they might either slam on the brakes or chuck a Molotov Cocktail at me since I had the top off (then I'll have bigger problems.)

For those wondering, I stopped at a well lighted gas station to inspect the damage, and praises, I cannot see anything burned. The racing stripes were intact and the paint looked fine. I got lucky I guess. I'm getting a full professional detail with Diamond Gloss in about 2 weeks, which will be 1 year exactly I've had the car.

I decided to share this to warn everyone out there to be careful. Even when you're doing nothing wrong, there are haters out there. I turned off the sound on purpose since there was a bit of Rated R shouting and expletives. Hopefully someone can make out their plate #.

That sucks, glad there was no damage. The only thing I can think of is a cigar, I have had that happen while on the bike and it looks a lot worse than it is.

Thanks Pat. It looked more like a rolled up sheet of paper that they lit and held out the window and then decided to drop it. Yes, thankfully it looked much worse than it was.

Damn that sucks!! I hate people like that.

Dude trust me i see stuff like that every time on the highway. In my Z or not. What i noticed is the most idiot drivers are the drivers who drive with their arm hanging out of the drivers window. When i see a driver with his left arm outside his window, i know to stay far away from him as possible.

My friend is a computer nerd i'm gonna see if he can take this video and do his magic and see if he can explode the image to see his license plate.

I watched it numerous times and only caught the first 3 characters. F26-. I couldn't make out the rest.

Don't know why but I think there has to be another explanation. One of those vapour cigs or what ever they are call went on fire?

Really hoping it was not aimed at you and just an accident. Glad no damage was done.

That's the same thing that I was thinking, especially the way the ambers were still lit.

Dumping crap like that can startle the driver behind them and cause a damn accident.

Good to hear that nothing happened to you because this could have caused a major accident, and that the car come out unscathed as well.

From the video it doesn't look like they singled you out.
Thankfully nobody got hurt, and no damage.

I wonder if it wasn't something stupid like their ashtray cashing fire from too many cigarette butts?

Looks like a liquid on fire like fuel or alcohol. Next time dial *77 and report it to the cops.
