Default Vettes & Jets event Windsor Locks CT, Sept 10th

The Corvette Club of RI would like to invite all Corvette owners to attend an event called Jets & Vettes to be held at The New England Air Museum on Sunday Sept 10th. The Museum is located at 36 Perimeter Rd. Windsor Locks CT, which is on the Bradley International Airport property.
The New England Air Museum's collection contains over 100 aircraft ranging from early flying machines to supersonic jets. The $20 Gate Fee includes driver & passenger entrance fee to the museum. They are supposed to have food vendors and a DJ as well.
We will be able to have our Vettes photographed with a Jet also. A few of us attended this museum on a Sunday ride last fall and were quite impressed. The management was very accommodating in putting together an event that I believe we will all enjoy.
This a huge facility with plenty of safe Corvette Parking

While this is not a CCRI sponsored event I am expecting a big club turnout and we would love to have everyone in the area join us for what I hope to be a fun day.

Please feel free to email with any questions or possibly even a rough head count so that I may pass along this info to their staff for planning purposes.

Thanks John, always a pleasure to have the Posse along. I texted Dave the other day and he said you guys might come. Let's hope for a nice weather day.

Here is a link for directions that we should print and go by. As the Museum said, many GPS and online direction sites do not give good directions.

Alan and I will be there!

There's a small group of us from central MA (Corvettes United of Central Mass) that are coming down. We're trying to coordinate our plans now. Potential of 10-12 Vettes if we can meet up and drive together. If not, at least 2 groups of us plan to attend.

These directions were a HUGE help, thank you!

We were the few (7 of us) you passed on the highway!

And, we parked right next you too.
