Need my diff rebuilt... Anyone local?
Have a gear whine in my 2002 C5 Z06 and I am looking to see if there is anyone on here and local that is capable of and competent in rebuild the differential.
Looking to have all new bearings and seals installed as well as a 3.90 gear set. I would buy all the parts, just need someone to assemble for me.
Hit me up and let me know. Looking to do this sometime this winter, likely around tax time. Have a couple quotes from others across the country but would prefer to give the work locally and to a member if possible.
Located in Thompson, CT and willing to drive anywhere in CT, MA, RI or Southern NH and VT.
Thanks guys!

I know he is not local to you, but I would give Rick Kim (RKT56) a call. He's located down here in Maryland but does a lot of out of state work. Rick is a CF vendor; here is the link to the website: http://www.rktperformance.com/

I don't know really how much different your differential is to the older ones.
But Gary Ramedei wrote the book on rear ends and is in Hartford, he gives seminars on the subject at Carlisle.
His contact information is in the second post of this thread.
