Default CNJ C6 Tires and Alignment

Looking for a recommendation for a shop that can do tire install and 4 wheel alignment to the factory (or Pfadt) specs for a C6 Grand Sport.

I have personally never used them, but have heard good things about Euro Tire in Fairfield. They do a lot of work on exotics so I'm sure they can handle the Corvette as well.

I take all of my vehicles to Thrust Performance. 928 U.S. Route 9 South Amboy, NJ 08879. 732-952-2238. Ask for Mike or Samar. I know them both personally. You will not be disappointed.

I don't know where in CNJ you're at. But i have used TTP (tune time performance) many times with most of my cars, and both of my vettes. They always treated me well. They're located in lakewood.

I'm going back this spring to do a tire swap and alignment, and i live way NNJ.

I always take my Corvette and the rest of my cars to Jerry's speed shop. Not a large place, but the most honest place you will ever find. Ask to see his Camaro, its beautiful

I realize this post is a couple of weeks old and you might already have had tires and alignment done but, avoid SBR tires in Bayville NJ on rt9.
they are a tire rack certified installer but my tires were installed wrong, even with the rotational arrows showing the correct direction

I've known the Beni family over 40 years. I hung around that place as a teenager when it was Ideal Garage. Good people.

Yup, i spoke with samar about setting me up.

IMMEDIATE response from him, that's great customer service. I tried to get with another shop but they never got back to me. Oh well.

His reviews on google are flawless lol. So i feel good going there.

Took my car yesterday thanks to your recommendation.

You're right, i wasn't disappointed. I just couldn't believe how busy they are, on a saturday. I know people are off from work saturday but i was basically there all day because i had to make several trips because the tires didn't fit in the C7 lol. Although i put the same tires in my old C6 grand sport years ago and it fit lol. So i guess the C7 does have a smaller interior.

Mike and samar are good people. Didn't see samar as much as he was busy but mike was working the front most of the time. He's a funny dude lol

They even printed me out my before and after alignment specs. Can't believe they were out of spec with such low miles.

Anyway my michelins PSS's are going to be for sale soon lol. They look brand new!

Bringing this one back from partial death. Do any of these shops have the special tool to adjust rear caster?

I don’t know about any of the shops mentioned here in NJ.

In Westchester County, Little Bear Wheel Alignment in Buchanan NY has the tool for the rear caster and TONS of experience on Vettes...
