Good dealerships for routine servicing in central MA?
any recommendations based on good experiences in central Mass primarily along Framingham to Worcester?

Can't help you in that area, but since you're striking out, I will suggest Masse in Providence, RI. Their techs are superior and very familiar with Corvettes. I bought my Z06 there new and they did all 3 of my free oil changes. They use Mobil 1, put in the proper amount and treat the car like it was theirs. They have restored my faith in a dealership.
May be worth the drive. I drive an hour to get there because I trust them.

I have had a similar experience as capevettes with my Z06 that I bought at Paul Masse. I also had all 3 of the free oil changes done there and found them to be very professional. They also have a great lift system that they use for oil changes that is level with the floor - eliminates the potential for scraping as they put it on the lift. I drive close to an hour to get there from the Boston area.

Thanks capevettes and sofast! Paul Masse is about an hour from my place so I'll definitely explore them.
