If you have a local Discount Tire in your area check with them. DT's usually have to most up to date equipment for these size tires. My local DT does, and they are very careful with the wheels, and the car.

We don't have Discount Tire in the mid-Atlantic region. I would recommend Criswell Chevrolet in Gaithersburg, MD (home of Mike Furman). They have all the latest state-of-the-art touchless equipment for large, wide, low-profile tires, all sizes always in stock, and because they sell and service so many Corvettes (#3 in the US), they're dealing with mounting and balancing Corvette tires on a daily basis. They will guarantee no damage to your wheels. I've had two tires replaced there in the last 8 months.
The are not very far from you in NOVA.

Not one in NoVa that I know of, even the most expensive indie shops can (almost) bend/break a forged wheel. I'd go with Criswell. Haven't been to Radial Tire in many years, but what I saw there the last time was not encouraging. Besides the right equipment (which can be one or more gen old---doesn't have to be "state of the art"), it requires knowledge and usually a knack for taking them off and putting them on without damaging the tire or the wheel.

^ Absolutely, extensive operator experience with state-of-the-art equipment is critical. Criswell has so much experience with Corvette tires and wheels, I don't see how average tire shop can compete.
I'm sure any big dealer that sells and services a lot of Corvettes has the same expertise, but Criswell just happens to be relatively close to the OP. And in unlikely event damage does occur, a dealer is almost certainly going to cover it. I've had tire stores tell me, "Sure, we'll mount them, but we won't take responsibility for cosmetic wheel scratches."

I’d try pohanka in chantilly. I hear they’ve got pretty good customer service.
Personally I wouldn’t bother with a discount tire or some other smaller shop. When I had my tires changed I went to two places before giving up and going to a Chevy dealer. Only makes sense to go to the source since they actually service these cars so obviously they’ll be equipped to handle them.

I have used Skyline Automotive in Bailey's Crossroads for wheels as big as 20" dam w/ PS Cup and PSII tires. They have the latest Hunter equipment, and "touchless" mounting system w/ road force balancing.
No issues there. A 1/2 dozen visits so far over the past few years. Hope this helps.
