Default Recommended dealer in Philadelphia area

An associate needs a dealer in the Philly area. They have an under warranty C7 with a cracked windshield. They took it to Reedman, who told him, basically it's all on him. Anyone that knows Reedman knows they don't give a rat's **** orifice about customer service, I recall a chat with a forum member in this area and he said that he uses a dealer for all C7 service but I forget the dealership.

Anyone have any ideas?

Oh, and if anyone has any references to cracked windshields I would love to hear from you. Yes, I will be doing a search shortly.

Thanks for listening.

I have been using Burlington Chevrolet in NJ and have been very happy with their service.

I have been using Mall Chevy in Cherry Hill, NJ. Right over the bridge from Philly. They treat me very well there and I bought my car up at MacMulkin.

Try Elkins Chevy in Marlton NJ. About a half hour from the Ben Bridge. I've been using them for service, plus now I work there. lol Just an FYI they use an outside vendor for glass repair, as I'm sure most dealers do.

Well, we have three votes for Bryner (say, were they the Bryner in Delran, NJ?), 1 for Lafferty, Burlington, Mall and Elkins.

Thank you one and all.

Because of the references, I remembered that the recommended dealer was Bryner because of Steve Spencer.

Now that that is out of the way, what's up with Steve Spencer at Bryner?

Apparently some medical issues, but he is expected to return. Bryner does have another certified corvette tech - he worked on my vette last week.

His new knee is giving him some problems that hopefully are under control, my cars get worked on by SS only.

I know that. My comment was based on, what I recall, a Bryner Chevrolet that, years ago, was on Route 130 in Delran NJ. I remember many times leaving the diner across the street and driving by the dealership and seeing a bunch of Corvettes on the lot.

A few memory cells have returned. Your comment reminded me that it was you that I had a few back-n-forth's about service and you recommending Bryner and Steve.

I know Barlow Chvy has been on Rt 130 in Delran NJ since the 70's, the only Bryner Chevy I have ever seen has been in Jenkintown since the 40's
