Seen it on the road a few years back. First reaction was WTF was it. Never saw it with the 'kicker' motor running.

Very funny looking moter scooter with twin turbines mounted on the back for that little extra push.

I've seen videos of it running. The have a crew that walks the street afterward putting out fires by the side of the road.
