3 straight losses and counting?
Boy where has this team gone, since the Jets game? If we don’t beat the Chargers next Sunday, we could lose six straight, Chiefs, then at Bills after we play the Chargers, boy so far looks like a lost season, Chiefs look like there for real, where not going to catch them, and already lost to Denver, so don’t look good. Well let’s hope Carr can comeback next week, get us a win and stop this three game losing streak. Go Raiders !!!

What a great night to be a Raider fan. I am watching the game alone in my living room, and I literally jumped out of my seat 4 (or 5?) times in a victorious touchdown signal. All in the last 10 seconds of the game.
Literally one of the best football games I have watched in 50 years. It rivals the Heidi Bowl.

Outstanding finish for Da Raiders. Best game so far this year. But what the hell was Lynch thinking?
One other thing. I can't believe the Raiders got Bowman! Perfect fit.

Well that game pretty much sucked. I think it's time for "Wait until next year". Seems like Penn is satisfied with his contract extension but his play doesn't warrant it.

Yep, put a fork in them there done, think JDR going to half to be gone for this team to get over the top, hope not like him, but he not tough enough, need a guy like belichick, not sure about Carr either, but got to hope he works out, maybe a new OC and DC in offseason can help out, but think they need to clean house and a new GM.

I would not wait until the end of the season to get rid of the offensive and defensive coordinators. Make the change right now, it can't get any worse. Our defense has not looked good for several seasons. Everyone knows that our DB's aren't the best, so letting the opposing QB sit back and pick them apart is not the best game plan.

Raiders fan starts ironic petition to fire OC Todd Downing
By: Will Reeve Jr. | 4 hours ago
Raiders fans have already grown weary of watching their high-powered offense founder through the first eight weeks of the season, and have started a petition to get offensive coordinator Todd Downing fired this week in response.
The petition, which was started five days ago, already has over 200 signatures and quite a few funny comments on the page.
Raiders' Todd Downing says 'shots were called' vs. Bills
Although, the founder of the petition, Nick Gerling, may wish to hit the spellcheck button before publishing his next persuasive effort after misspelling the word “coordinator” in over fashion.
Downing has led the unit to be an inconsistent bunch that has trouble protecting the quarterback, blocking for the run and getting its best players the ball.
Raiders' Carr says there was 'no difference' in OC Downing during skid
The result has been newly acquired running back Marshawn Lynch averaging just 3.7 yards per carry. Meanwhile, RB DeAndre Washington is averaging under three yards per carry, quarterback Derek Carr has already tossed as many interceptions (six) as he did last year and the team’s offensive scheme has been entirely predictable.
The first year offensive coordinator hasn’t used many stacked formations and/or sets that allow for playmakers to get the ball into their hands easier. As such, the petition is understandable — especially given the team’s passionate fan base — but it indeed loses points for paying attention to detail in its execution.
After all, isn’t that why this fan was upset with Downing to begin with?

I know its only mid season but this is pretty close to a must win for Oakland. Big difference between 4-5 and 3-6.

Raiders get the win against Miami, Lucky they held on to win that game, almost gave it away. This Raiders team not a playoff team, I see them finishing under 500. Got a BYE now, get some rest and hope to get some players back against Patriots.

Raiders vs. Patriots
Just like I figure, we half to score 30+ to win and we only score 8, this team a joke. Hope they clean house at the end of season, if not at least the coordinators.

They're done...disappointing with all the expectations but alas, it just shows that last year was a mirage. They just arent a very good team and all the questions about the D are/were valid and should have been enough to temper expectations.

Try applying that same thought for the whole year. Unfortunately that has been the receiver's M-O for most of this season.
On another note, anybody else read the gossip about the possibility of Jon Gruden coming back as head coach? I really like Jack Del Rio and thought he was a good choice for the tRaiders. But this team is a mess. Is that because of the player's, coordinator's, G.M., coaches or Moe Davis's haircut? I would blame the owner's haircut, but he had it last year so that's out. So it's probably a combination of all of the above, including the haircut. Can somebody give Mark Davis a tRaider hat please!
