CALIPERS ARE 100% REBUILT WITH NEW BOOTS AND SEALS! -Brakes are a safety issue and we take YOUR safety very seriously. We DO NOT USE ANY OLD/ USED BOOTS or SEAL.
Our powder coating process has a minimum of 2 coats of powder coating applied to each caliper which makes them look like glass and hides alot of the casting imperfections on the caliper.
We can also powder coat your own calipers. If you are interested in purchasing a set of TPS Powder Coated Calipers OR having your calipers powder coated please contact us.
A $1200 core charge will charged to your order. Once we have received your cores back in good condition we'll give you a full refund. If you are unsure if your core is acceptable PLEASE ask us before placing your order.

If I sent you my set with the lines and pins removed but otherwise complete any price difference? Also have no problem waiting for mine to be returned but whats the normal turn around time? Iam about 3 hours away, is the shipping expensive, should I think about drop off and pick up? Thank you very much Mike!

There would be no difference in price if you removed the lines or pins. Shipping is around $40 because they're pretty heavy and we package them in 2 boxes. If you wanted to remove the pistons and rebuild them yourself then it would be significantly cheaper... these calipers are NOT easy to rebuild. They take at LEAST an hour - 2 hours to rebuild. On a regular C5/C6 you have a total of 6 pistons... on the C6Z you have 20 pistons which are smaller.
Can you overnight these? I have a 2011 GS and would like the Blue calipers.
I have 2 sets in stock right now that I can make any color you want. Overnight for them is going to be very expensive because of the weight. Give me a call @ 408/898-4632 and I'll get you taken care of for a set
can you do an inferno orange. I have a 2011 GS with only 6,000 miles, does it pay to rebuild the calipers? I'd like to get a coated set on as soon as possible. Whats my best option and cost. Thanks.. You can pm if you'd like

Yes we can use your old seals and can do them red with Yellow stickers. If we use your old seals there will be no warranty if they leak. The price would be $500... it would take about 1 week to get them done
