In 2006 there was a WSCC show at Woodard Chevrolet. It was 116 degrees that day. I'll never forget that one. The entrance to the service dept. had an overhang that provided shade for us to sit under. They had misters set up to keep us cool. I don't know how the judges could do their job out in the sun on the asphalt.
I think we drank 2-3 pallets of water that day. I am honestly surprised to this day that no one had a serious medical problem that day. I think Richie was there because he worked there at that time. Anyone else remember this?

I will never forget how damn hot it was and I think that still stands as the hottest July day in history for Fairfield. I remember taking a temp gun out to the pavement and it was 145* on the black top.
** We're up to 289 registrations as of this morning so we will have a packed house this year!**

Change of plans I will be there to pass out Sonoma Magic flyers.
I will also have a few free items to pass out. Anyone need a set of C4 GS rotors, a set of side markers lenses for a C6, nice C6 floor mats, a fu fu (actually it's nice but not my style) C6 steering wheel cover, a stock 2013 ZR1 throttle body, C6 carpeting and interior panels for use with a harness bar? Not taking orders just look for the Red (357) ZR1.
