EROD Star station?
This is a long shot, but...
Anyone know of a STAR station that can/will smog check an EROD swap? Preferably in the SF south bay.
My second check is due. Last time the shop I took it to accused me of fraud and lost my business. The silver lining is I could then go back to the BAR ref and get it tested for a fraction of the cost.
I'd prefer to avoid that drama, if I could find a STAR station that knows how to test the swap.

Did the ref put a metal swap sticker in the door jam?I haven't had a smog license since 2005 but that's what they used to do on engine swaps. If so then that's all the smog station should need. The problem is that if the person who is doing the inspection does not understand what they are looking at they just automatically fail it.

Thanks again for the recommendation.
I finally contacted them. They weren't familiar with the EROD package, per-se, but asked all the right questions & I had the needed documentation (and, amazingly, could still find it).
I took it in this morning. The smog check went smoothly & passed, as expected. They were very pleasant to work with.
