If we encounter rain, which I think the weather people will reduce the chance of as we get closer, we will have the over hang in the Service drive open for BBQ activities. We will also get the cars out of the show room so we have a dry place to eat.

If people want to bring their alternative vehicles, that is perfectly fine. Corvettes are not mandatory, but helping the kids is

If the forecast is dry, we will proceed as usual, clear off most of the main lot for parking and BBQ outside.

Last year the instructions said that the Lodi location was a Pilot Gas Station. This is a Flying J Truck Stop and that is where we met the Lodi group last year.

Well, I bought my toy, washed the car and polished the wheels so I am ready. The car is now purdy for the run.

How many are meeting at the Target in Sacramento? I would like to know because I would like to run with a few Corvettes to Abel but, if no one is going to meet up than I will drive straight to Abel. Target is out of the way for me but, I will meet up if there are going to be others. I'm about a hour north of there.

I was at able yesterday and was talking to someone that said he was meeting a group at target. So sounds like there should be some cars there

I am scheduled to pick up my Carbon from Able on Friday noon (heads corrected) and plan to meet up with whomever is at the Target in Sacramento. See you guys there.

UPDATE *******************

WOW. I don’t know how to say it. But thank you to everyone that came out today to our annual Toys 4 ToTs event.
This year has been our best event to date.
With everyone’s help and support we raised
Ok. Drum roll.

1001 toys collected. And a total of $2470.00

This is our best year ever. We knew it was going to be a good year when we had maybe 300 toys before we even started the event today.
I’d like to thank everyone that donated for the raffle drawings. The raffle and 5.00 donations alone collected about 1710.00. And we had a few checks totaling 760.00.

Again we can’t thank every enough for coming our in force and showing their support for this event. With out all of you this event would be nothing.
Thank you to Rich Willhoff and the Abel family for always supporting the Corvette community in every way.
