Biought a Camaro and have not driven the Corvette since. LOL
Well I wasn't really car shopping but I had been talking about a Camaro to commute for awhile and was looking for something VERY specific. I wanted a 2017 with the 50th heritage package, Nightfall Gray, A8, 2SS, Sunroof, MRC, NPP, etc.. None the less bored at work I found 2. One in Daly City without all the options but close. 17K miles and it looked to be driven a bit. Then Ebay reveals to me a Fully loaded car with EVERY option imaginable and 4K miles for the same price. I tell myself "if its close I'm going". Well it was in Socal. The next day, a buddy and I take off and it is perfect. I mean the owner pulled the Cover Craft off it and used a Swiffer to get any dust on it. I immediately start laughing. He is doing his best to selling me on how perfect it was and that it was a true collectors car. I laughed and said "bud this is going to be my new commuter. I am going to tear this thing up". LOL It was classic. None the less I get it home and that day I start ordering away. I tell myself, I know there can be a long term plan and a short term plan. I opted for the short term. Eibach springs, Z28 wheels (stock size), a couple subs, all new exterior LED lighting including the smoked OE ZL1 lights, K&N intake, MRBP axle back. And the best mod of all that was free. I pulled the fricking seat out and drilled out some metal stoppers so the seats can recline more. That was my only gripe and now I love it. Plenty fast. Gas mileage is as good as my 2014 Maxima, and it looks stunning. Poor C7 is taking a seat for awhile. LOL Heres the new family member,
