Looking to sponsor some Corvette club events in California
I am looking to join some California Corvette events as a sponsor. Please give me your feedback. Im building my 2019 calendar, and need some guidance. Greatly appreciated!

Why not start you own event? A lot of us on the forum want to do a Yosemite weekend run next year April-May, you could do something like "Corvette Rally" or something catchy and charge $75-100 per car for vinyl stickers, t-shirts, etc. kind of what these other companies like Targa Trophy/Gold Rush do but tie in what your company does.

Santa Clara Corvettes has their business meeting the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Masonic Building in Los Altos. I suggest you come as a guest and introduce yourself. Let people know who you are and what you are doing. It would probably be a good idea to contact the Board of Directors first to let them know, board@sccorvettes.org.

You could always sponsor a track day for the track rats or the Corvette owners that would like to try a day at the track. Thunder Hill is an excellent place for beginners and it's cheaper to rent than Sears Pt. or Laguna Seca.

Also, you can sponsor autocross events, especially autocross events at Thunder Hill so the hosting club can afford the site rental fee and keep the entry fee low. The Sacramento Chapter of the San Francisco Region of SCCA hosts events at Thunder Hill and they may be willing to have an event sponsor to off-set the cost.

How about you buy out the San Carlos Airport for a day/night so we could make some speed runs?

How about approaching Mather Airport in Sacramento to replace the 1 1/2 Mile

They probably would be happy if the Sheriff department took their EVOC training to a different location as well..
